Laura joined PIP unsure on why sales were so hit and miss.  The main thing we found is that Laura's messaging was too vague therefore not connecting with her collectors.  She worked with the coaches to get more clarity and found a voice so unique and clear that sales flowed almost immediately after making the changes.   Once that was in place everything clicked.
